Hi, I’m Destiny Richie, the photographer behind DKM Photography! I've been doing photography for over four years, and it's truly something I love. There’s nothing more meaningful to me than capturing the real, beautiful connections between families, couples, and individuals. I started DKM Photography with the goal of making professional photography more accessible—because I believe everyone deserves to have their special moments documented, no matter the occasion or budget. What should we wear for our session?
Great question! I always recommend wearing something that makes you feel comfortable and confident. Neutral tones, earthy colors, and soft patterns tend to photograph beautifully and keep the focus on you and your loved ones. Try to avoid logos or bright neon colors, as they can be distracting in photos. Coordinating outfits (rather than perfectly matching) work really well for families and couples—think complementary colors and similar tones. If you’re unsure, feel free to send me outfit options—I’m happy to help you decide!
How long does it take to get our photos?
You can expect to receive your full edited gallery within 2 to 3 weeks after your session. I carefully go through each image to make sure you get a beautiful, cohesive set of photos you’ll love. If you need them sooner for a special occasion, just let me know—I’ll do my best to accommodate!
Do you offer albums or prints?
Not at this time, but you're welcome to download your high-resolution images and print them anywhere you'd like! I’m happy to recommend some trusted print labs to help you get the best quality for your photos.
